Return Policy

Cancellation Policy:

By making a payment towards your e-tour packages, tour packages or any other service you choose from click2go you give us consent to proceed further to process and deliver your required services, and you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the trip provider, and to any additional terms and conditions of the trip provider that may apply to your trip.

• Unless another policy is mentioned to a specific tour for all cancellations made 24 hours prior to the tour departure time NO charges will be applicable.
If cancellation made within 24 hours of your tour departure time 100% charges will be applicable.
Refunds processed will bear payment gateway charges and a VAT of 5% per transaction.
If eligible for a refund your amount will be returned to your account within 7 working days.
